My name is Cassidy Thompkins, and I was born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee. I attended Jackson State University, where I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Physics. Throughout my professional career, I have had the opportunity to work with youth in a variety of settings, supporting their academic, personal, and professional development. I currently serve as the Club Director of the Melrose Boys & Girls Club, where I am passionate about creating a safe, engaging, and encouraging environment where young people can learn, grow, and discover their potential. I believe in meeting young people where they are while encouraging them to see possibilities beyond their current circumstances.
