Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Memphis prides itself as a community resource for youth philanthropy and civic engagement. We are also a resource for students seeking internships to gain experience in nonprofit administrative work and working directly with Club members through developing, planning, and implementing youth programs. We offer a variety of internships for those interested in helping advance our mission:
Special Events & Marketing Internship
Development Internship
Interested internship applicants should send a cover letter indicating why they are interested in completing their internship with Boys & Girls Clubs, their experience working with youth, particularly at-risk youth, and how their education and experiences have prepared them for this type of internship. Please also include a resume and three professional references. All internships with Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Memphis are uncompensated and may require some evening and weekend hours. All interns must be able to pass an extensive background check to work with the youth.
